Returns Policy
WHERE PRODUCTS ARE DEFECTIVE
Nurse Code handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount of a major failure.
Our products may also come with a manufacturers’ warranty. If a product comes with a manufacturers warranty, you must follow the process set out in the warrant.
WHERE PRODUCTS ARE NOT DEFECTIVE
Should you wish to return your items, please contact us via email at info.nursecode@gmail.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Items must be returned within 14 days of returns claim, with no damage and within a resalable condition. Return shipping is at your own cost. Refunds will be processed within a timely manner, monies returned to original method of payment. Refund will include original purchase price minus shipping costs. All refunds are made at the discretion of Nurse Code. Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds for simple change of mind.
If 30 days or more has passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
