Q: What size are Nurse Code reference cards?
A: Our pocket reference cards are 7 x 10 cm. We intentionally made them slightly larger than a standard credit card so the text is crisp, clear, and easy to read during a fast-paced shift, whilst still fitting perfectly into your scrub pockets, badge reel, or on a lanyard.
Q: What material are the reference cards made of? Are they waterproof?
A: Yes! Our cards are made from heavy-duty, premium PVC plastic. They are 100% waterproof, durable, and specifically designed to be wiped down with hospital grade detergent or disinfectant wipes. They won't tear or fade, making them perfect for strict infection control on wards.
Q: Is the clinical information on the cards accurate and up to date?
A: All Nurse Code resources are meticulously designed using current Australian clinical guidelines. However, because local health districts, hospital policies, and reference ranges (like pathology values) can vary slightly between state facilities, our cards are meant to serve as a high-quality educational supplement. Always defer to your specific network or facility's local policies and procedures on shift.
Q: Does you shift internationally?
A: We currently shift across Australia and New Zealand. Because our clinical reference ranges and protocols are strictly tailored to Australian/New Zealand healthcare standards, they may not align with international practices.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order is packed, you will receive an automated email containing your Australia Post tracking number. Q: Can I request a custom reference card design?
